After payment is made, the key will appear directly on the page, and we will send it to you via WhatsApp and SMS. If you choose bank transfer or Tabby, the receipt time depends on the review to confirm the transfer.


2. Is product delivery immediate?

Most products are delivered to you immediately, but some custom orders or keys that need preparation may take minutes or a few hours, and may not exceed 12 hours in the worst case. If we are delayed for more than 12 hours, you are entitled to a 20% refund of the order value, and if more than 18 hours have passed, you are entitled to a full refund.


3. What steps should I take if I do not receive the product?

4. How do I install software?

After payment, you will receive an installation guide showing the steps with pictures. The support team will follow up with you and serve you until we make sure that the program is activated and installed correctly.
